We are creating a quiet, restorative neighbourhood wellness space where thermal cycles become a sustainable part of how you care for your body and mind. A regular ritual, not an occasional full-day escape.

A brisk overhead cascade of cold water — our version of a cold dump shower, without a plunge pool.

We are limiting memberships and managing reservations to help keep TEMPER relaxed and comfortable, with good access to bookable sessions. It’s a small neighbourhood space, and we want it to feel that way for the right reasons. Popular times can still fill up, but we will prioritize a thoughtful balance between membership numbers and available spaces.
When memberships reach capacity, new applicants will be invited to join the waitlist.

All prices in CAD, before applicable taxes. The $129 individual and $229 couples monthly rates are available to the first 150 founding members who sign up when memberships launch. Founding monthly rates remain unchanged for as long as a membership stays continuously active; cancelling ends that rate guarantee. Subsequent rates have not been announced. Membership visits reset monthly; unused visits do not roll over. Couples visits are assigned to each named member and do not need to be used together. Memberships and paid bookings are not yet available.

Is TEMPER a large spa?
No. TEMPER is a compact, intimate space with approximately 1,000 sq. ft. on the main floor and an additional 300 sq. ft. mezzanine. The design is focused on the essentials, not sprawling facilities.
Do I have to follow a guided circuit?
No. Sessions are self-guided. Enjoy the quiet sauna, social sauna, steam, cold-water waterfall shower and rest area in the sequence that works for you.
Will there be reception staff?
The planned model is reception-free, with app booking, secure phone entry, scheduled checks and regular cleaning. Final operations are subject to required approvals and insurance confirmation.
What are TEMPER’s hours?
We are planning to open from 5 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, with sessions booked in advance. Final opening hours will be confirmed before launch.
Are towels included?
Yes. A fresh towel is included in the price of every visit.
Who qualifies for introductory membership pricing?
The $129 individual and $229 couples monthly membership rates are reserved for our first 150 founding members when membership sales open. Your founding monthly price will never increase as long as you keep your membership continuously active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the founding rate is not guaranteed. Joining the waitlist is free and does not reserve one of these places. We will share signup details with the existing waitlist before launch.
Why are memberships limited?
We are intentionally limiting memberships and controlling how many guests can reserve each session. This helps protect comfort and make booking easier for members. Peak times may still fill up, so specific time slots are not guaranteed.
Do couples have to visit at the same time?
No. Each of the two named members receives five 60-minute visits per month. You can reserve sessions separately, at different times or together.
Is there a cold plunge or float tank?
No. TEMPER’s current plan features a cold waterfall shower and refreshing showers, rather than a shared cold plunge or float pool.
Can I reserve 90 minutes?
Yes. Proposed 90-minute drop-ins are $65, and 60-minute member or visit-pack reservations can be upgraded for $15 more.
